Fast Shipping

Easy to order my ink cartridges and shipped fast. Ordered a combo pack of black and color. The black worked fine but the color cartridge did not. I tried everything it said to do on the packing slip with no luck. I emailed InkjetsClub and got an answer right away. In their answer they apologized for the defective cartridge and the inconvenience. They also said they already shipped another color cartridge with a return slip to send the bad one back to them so I wouldn't have to pay for the return shipping. That's what I call #1 customer service. They have my business from now on. Thanks InkjetsClub, George
