All aspects of packaging and shipping went as advertised and quite satisfactorily. The performance of the product leaves a bit to be desired since printers appear to be inherently incompatible with non-HP cartridges, but the error messages can be ignored and, overall, the product is working well (color quality, intensity, ink properties all acceptable)...

The best thing I can say is that InkjetsClub ink cartridges always work in my printers. Ink cartridges from other remanufarers have always been troublesome or have simply failed. I could name names, but I guess it's best not to. I haven't tried my new cartridges in my printer yet, but I'm confident.
