It was very easy to complete the order on line. And the ink cartridges arrived quickly. I was given my printer by my Foster Mom when she bought a new one, with it she had given me cartridges from you company. But i need a new black one right away, so i went to Staples and one cartridge cost me close to $21.00. Thank You for providing such a great alternative!!
